We have a 2 to 5 day turnaround, depending upon subject complexity. We usually complete 442 Requests and answer underwriter queries within 24 hours.
E - Ethics
We abide by the Highest Ethical Standards. Values are not "stretched". We do not overstate, understate, or omit the facts. In this way we protect our clients (and our firm) from possible litigation exposure.
A - Accuracy
Reports are thoroughly researched. Detailed methods are used for comparative market analysis and contributing factors which may impact an appraised value are clear and concise.
P - Professionalism
Our business is integral to yours. Your clients are also our clients, so we are careful to be courteous and professional with borrowers. We are always happy to take time to answer any questions regarding appraisals without violating confidentiality issues. We treat underwriters with respect and courtesy.
